Peace at Home Advocacy Center, formerly Battered Persons’ Advocacy remains committed to the health and safety individuals, families and our community. During COVID-19 Phase 2, our team will continue to promote social distancing recommended by the CDC to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus. Changes as of Monday, June 8 through Phase 2 include the following:
* Walk-in hours are Monday – Friday 9am-11:30am and 1pm-4pm (Closed on July 3rd)
* Appointments can be scheduled outside of these hours for urgent safety needs and peer support related to family violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking
* Call the 24-Hour Crisis Line at (541) 673-7867 to speak with advocate to receive help over the phone or schedule an appointment
* Assistance filing a Protective Order/Restraining Order will remain available at the Douglas County Courthouse Cafeteria Monday-Friday at 7:30am (The courthouse is closed June 26, July 3, July 17)
