Peace at Home Advocacy Center supports over 1,200 survivors.
We are excited that you are considering being part of our team to support, empower and educate survivors and the community about the impacts of family violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.
Our first Gala was in 2012 and over the years this event has evolved, reaching thousands of guests and performers with connection to the critical work of Peace at Home.
This year, we will showcase dance and vocal performances by local people of all ages who are dedicated to empowering others and celebrating our collective strength, confidence, and resilience. Our goal is to make this event accessible to our community.
Our guests will have the choice to attend the Pre-show at Umpqua Community College and/or the Dinner & Show at Seven Feathers Casino Resort. By sponsoring this event you can bring vital resources to survivors as we raise our fundraising goal of $70,000.

The 2023 EMPOWER Event held at Umpqua Community College raised $40,000 and supported over 10,000 vital services to 1,150 Douglas County residents. Just a few of the vital services:

$85 provides 1 night of emergency shelter for a family
Legal Advocacy
$45 assists a survivor with the support to file a protective order
Sexual Assault & Human Trafficking Response Services
$95 provides peer counseling for a survivor in crisis
Youth Prevention
$65 funds a healthy relationship workshop for students
Your donation to our campaign will go directly to helping survivors who are seeking safety and support; programs that save lives. Every dollar raised stays in Douglas County. 100% of your donation is tax deductible.
